Hike Report: Maude's Crack & Angel Falls at Big South Fork NRRP 3-18-11

Tony Jones and Ann Jacobs of the Murfreesboro Chapter joined Joan Hartvigsen of the Highland Rim Chapter for a day at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Park.

We did about 6 miles total taking in the scenery from atop Maude's Crack and then enjoying the mostly easy Angel Falls Trail. The vistas and wildflowers were stunning and so were the falls, that I was surprised to find out was not really a waterfall but a "cascade" style fall. GORGEOUS.
