Info for Mel Dunn (Ron's Father)

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you so much for your outpouring of love and support following Dad's passing.

We would like to warmly invite you to honor Dad's life through a special celebration service to be held this Sunday, February 13 at 6:00 p.m. at Long Hollow Baptist Church, Hendersonville, TN 37075. This will not be a traditional funeral, but a wonderful time of praise and worship, honoring God and sharing about Dad's life. There will be plenty of laughter (which was never in short supply around Dad), so please come with a spirit of joy!

Dad asked that I request from his friends and family that no one send flowers or gift baskets, but instead make a contribution to the Long Hollow Baptist Church Benevolence Fund. Anyone who knew Mel Dunn knew that he seldom bought things for himself, but always gave to other people first. What better way to honor his life than to make a contribution that will be used to help others in need? Our immediate family will hold a quiet graveside service for Dad this week, but truly look forward to sharing time with everyone this Sunday night!
