Tony Jones will lead a joint hike with the Highland Rim Chapter to Cardwell Mountain in McMinnville, TN. This hike is rated moderate due to some elevation changes. We will follow the Collins River and part of the Trail of Tears.
AFTER THE HIKE: We will join Nora Henn at her home in McMinnville. She will be cooking a nice main dish for us and we should each bring a side dish and drinks. We will have the opportunity to drop our dishes off at Nora's before heading to the trail head.
Tony Jones will be leading the car pool and going to Nora's. You are welcome to ride with me or follow. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO NORA'S....please come to hike but you will need to use your own car or carpool with someone who also is not going.
