Mossy Ridge - Jane

Jane Reyling led Sara Pollard and Debra Dodd on the Mossy Ridge loop trail at Percy Warner park in Nashville, TN.

It was warm and humid for today’s hike with spring flowers and new growth on the trees to enjoy on this pretty trail. This was a peaceful quiet morning, so we could hear the small creatures scurrying in the leaves. We walked slowly to enjoy the views and birdsong along the way.

There were few hikers today so we had the trail to ourselves for long stretches. It was a nice time with good friends.

Mossy Ridge Loop

Ann Jacobs led Cindy Schroeder , Jane Floyd, and Valerie Galen on the 4.5 mile Mossy Ridge Loop hike Saturday. It was a beautiful perfect hiking weather day. We enjoyed seeing squirrels playing in the trees, the leaves starting to turn their brilliant fall colors, and we found some sweet ripe persimmons to taste along the trail.


We finished out hike right at lunch time, so we headed to a nearby restaurant for soup and sandwiches.

Mossy Ridge, Warner Park - Ann

Ann Ford, Linda Strickland and Tommy Holland joined hike leader Ann Jacobs for a pleasant hike on a colorful fall day along Mossy Ridge Saturday. We enjoyed an equally pleasant lunch at Chilis afterwards.
