After approximately 1 year and 4 months, in which I suffered from a lot of depression and a heart attack, I am now ready to tackle the trail again. Tomorrow March 15, 2009 I will board the bus for Waynesboro Va. Arriving on Monday March 16, 2009, a shuttle person will take me to Jarman Gap where I left off in 2007. From there I hope to complete the journey to Katahdin.
