Health & Wellness Fair. Verizon Call Center 11/3/10 10am to 4pm

 The Murfreesboro TTA has a great opportunity to recruit new members for our chapter. Please READ the following that was taken from an e-mail that Millette received.  The people at Verizon thought it might be a good way for their employees to exercise. I WOULD LIKE Someone to set up at this booth just passing out literature and talking to the "prospects" It's going to be on a Wednesday and tag teaming would be fine as well.  Health and Wellness Fair in the Murfreesboro Call Center.  In the past, we have typically been required to only  invite our vendors that provide benefits for our employees.  This year, HQ has authorized that we are able to invite local organizations to participate in the fair.  It's a great way to introduce our employees to organizations that they may not be aware of and give them an opportunity to get involved. 

We have approximately 1,000 employees in this building.  The Health and Benefits Fair is always a well-attended event from which I would hope that the exhibiting organizations and employees will benefit, alike. 

We invite you to join us at our Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, November 3rd from 10:00am-4:00pm, tentatively.     

Please note that we ask exhibitors not to engage in any sales/solicitation activities while at the event.  This, however, does not include membership drives.  We would love to see our employees involved with healthy initiatives outside of work.
