Mossy Ridge: Percy Warner Park 12-30-10

A few Tennessee Trails friends and I went on an impromptu hike at Mossy Ridge Trails in Percy Warner Park just off Highway 100 in West Nashville. This is a beautiful park, and despite some early morning rain we had a wonderful hike as it cleared up before we started on the trail.

The hike was about 4.5 miles and was up and down hill. The cool weather made it a great hike because had it been hot, I doubt I could have gone the distance. After the hike, the four of us went to Chili's at Maryland Farms for lunch. Thanks to Sara, Steve and Ann for going with me and making it an enjoyable trip.
