Hike Report: Flat Rock Cedar Glade 2-13-11

After two relatively difficult hikes over the past two days, it was refreshing to spend the afternoon on FLAT ground. Flat Rock Cedar Glade is a Tennessee Scenic Area run by the Nature Conservancy. We hiked about 3.5 miles on the figure 8 loop trail. during the winter there is not much to see, but I managed to get some decent pictures of the area. There were fifteen of us that enjoyed the scenery and very nice weather. Thanks to Sara Pollard for organizing and leading this event.
