There were 15 hikers who participated in the annual After Thanksgiving Hike at Old Stone Fort. This was a joint event with the Highland Rim chapter.
The weather was cool to start, but otherwise a perfect day to hike. We met at the museum to begin our hike along the Old Stone Fort trail, River Fork loop, Backbone, and to the confluence of the Little Duck and Duck Rivers. Hikers from Murfreesboro were James Herring, Mona Herring, Martin Glasser, Sara Pollard, Jan Safavi and Nabil Wakid. Anna and Fount Bertram met us for lunch at the J & G Restaurant in Manchester.
