July 11- Signal Mountain on the Cumberland Trail to Mushroom Rock. 9 miles, Moderate/Difficult. Elevation changes on this trail (over some rocky trail), and a little bushwhacking getting to Mushroom Rock. Bring lunch, wear boots, and bring lots of water.
