Hike Report- Frozen Head State Park

We had a great day hike to Frozen Head recently. There were Murfreesboro, Soddy Daisy, Highland Rim and Nashville members present for this hike. The weather was beautiful and the view from the tower was windy and chilly but worth the climb up! We all enjoyed a post-hike dinner at Shoneys where we replenished all the calories we hiked off.
