Upcoming Hike: September 18- Stones River National Battlefield : A Beginner & Newcomer Introductory Hike      

Saturday Sept. 18, We will visit the Stones River Battlefield. This area was nearly destroyed by a tornado in 2009, and is just getting back to life. 
The trails have all been re-worked and re-routed due to some major tree damage. The trails are nice and we will still get about 4 easy miles out of it including the National Cemetery. 
We will meet at the battlefield parking lot near the visitors center at 10 AM. The hike should last a couple of easy hours and we will all go to Buster's afterward for a world famous Buster Burger. (Buster's is obviously voluntary).
