The Tour started here aboard this tiny ship for a true 3 hour tour....but, we made it back and actually saw some eagles and hawks and weren't even at a football game.
Tony Jones and Craig & Lora McBride of Murfreesboro and Joan Hartvigsen of Highland Rim joined 8 others from the Upper Cumberland Chapter for this event. After the barge trip around Dale Hollow Lake we walked about 4 miles on the Accordion Bluff trail. The Lake & Trail were absolutely beautiful. We had snow in some spots and dry patches in the other.
The water level was down so we had an opportunity to walk along the beach as well. The attached pictures taken by Tony Jones with a link to the full gallery below.
