The Tennessee Trails Association's Murfreesboro chapter walked about 3 miles or so (give or take) at Montgomery Bell State Park. The original plan was to hike the Wildcat Trail but the strange weather over the last few days washed out the bridge that crosses the creek and the water was up too high to wade across....so we winged it, led by our fearless and never lost leaders Nabil Wakid and Mary Belle Ginanni.
We had twelve hikers and we all enjoyed the beautiful day and had a great buffet at the State Park Inn and Restaurant and were even treated to a neat model railroad show that was going on in the Inn area.
As Kramer once said on Seinfeld, we just decided to "Fun It" all day long!
